Because of that deep connection, we stand firmly behind every doodle we place. Our 1-Year Hereditary Health Assurance is more than a policy—it’s a promise that your puppy’s foundation is built on health, integrity, and responsibility.

 
 

🧬 What We Guarantee: Covered Conditions

If a licensed U.S. veterinarian diagnoses your doodle with any of the following genetic or congenital conditions within 365 days of coming home, we offer your choice of:

 
  • A replacement puppy from a future litter (of equal or lesser value)
  • A partial or full refund of your original purchase price
  • Direct payment to your veterinarian for covered diagnostics or treatments (up to the purchase amount)
 

Covered hereditary conditions include:

  • Hip Dysplasia (confirmed via OFA or PennHIP evaluation)
  • Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), including DNA-confirmed forms
  • Von Willebrand’s Disease (vWD)
  • Addison’s Disease (Hypoadrenocorticism)
  • Sebaceous Adenitis (SA)
  • Patellar Luxation (Grade 3 or 4, verified by a veterinary orthopedic specialist)
  • Congenital Heart Defects (e.g., PDA, SAS—diagnosed by a board-certified cardiologist)

  • Veterinary wellness checks at 6 and 8 weeks by a licensed veterinarian
  • Fecal screenings and deworming at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks
  • Age-appropriate vaccinations (DHPP series, no over-vaccination)
  • Microchipping with national registry enrollment
  • Full DNA health testing of both parents through Embark or OFA—no carrier-to-carrier breedings
  • Transparent health records available upon request
 

Our doodles are raised in our home—not a kennel—with daily handling, gentle exposure to household life, and early neurological stimulation to build confidence and resilience.

 
 

📝 Requirements to Honor the Guarantee

To ensure fairness and your puppy’s best care, the following conditions apply:

 
  1. Schedule a vet check within 72 hours of your puppy’s arrival.
    → This is required. Failure to do so voids the guarantee.
  2. Provide complete medical records, including diagnostic imaging or lab reports
  3. Show proof of consistent preventive care (vaccines, deworming, wellness visits)
  4. Notify us within 14 days of any diagnosis
 

We ask for this not to create barriers—but because early detection and proper care are essential to your doodle’s long-term health.

Our guarantee protects against inherited conditions, not issues caused by environment, accident, or preventable care gaps. Exclusions include:

 
  • Parasites (fleas, ticks, giardia) acquired after placement
  • Injuries from accidents, falls, or improper handling
  • Dental issues, allergies, or non-genetic skin conditions
  • Behavioral concerns (e.g., chewing, barking, separation anxiety)—though we offer free lifetime behavior support
  • Conditions resulting from neglect, poor nutrition, or lack of veterinary care
 

Puppies are living beings—not products—and their health reflects both genetics and daily care.

  4. We’ll work with you and your vet to determine the best path forward
